Data Protection
By consenting to this appointment the Client agrees for their personal data (“the Data”) e.g. name, address, e-mail, and telephone numbers, to be held on the files both electronically and in hard copy form in connection with the project instructed.
We will hold and process the Data that is absolutely necessary for the completion of our duties in connection with this project, including limiting access to the Data to those needing to act out the processing.
Persons/bodies needing to act out the processing to include (but the list is not exhaustive) statutory bodies, local authorities, professionals, technical specialists, contractors etc. in connection with obtaining the permissions, approvals required, obtaining technical and design information, exchange of information in agreeing documents, costs and tenders etc. necessary to complete the project.
The data, where necessary, will be held for a minimum of 6 years unless expressly requested to be erased under Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation. (Right to be Forgotten). The specifics of erasing data can be found under that Article.
